Title: Ac is not working and Installation service was horrible and installer’s behaviour is unprofessional
Review: Ac is not working..AC installer’s behaviour is very unprofessional and they have not provided any solution for this issue as well they have charged additional 200 rs for his bike damage. After that I have connected with Amazon customer service and I have requested for return as this ac is damage and not working..they have excepted for return and after wards I have requested ac installer service man to uninstall this ac but they are not uninstalled it..currently ac was hanging at my room wall so before the return pick I need to uninstall ac and for this I need to take help from local AC service provider and I have informed to the same to Amazon and asked for the refund money which will be charged for ac uninstallation and Amazon customer executive confirmed they will provide the refund amount but let’s see how it will comes.. Its a horrible service experience for me..I request to everyone one don’t buy ac fro Amazon as they will not provide good service at all.

Title: Excellent Service. Wonderful Cooling.
Review: Bought Voltas 2 Ton as our Living Room was around 250 sq ft. The room cools down in 5-7 minutes. The installation was done very professionally and neatly. The engineers were patient and took the charges as mentioned as per rate charge.

Review: Water leakage problem from day 1. Drawing room wall turned yellow-green. Pathetic support by Voltas Customer Care. After 2 weeks, stopped cooling due to gas leak. Voltas refused to address grievance. Never buy from Voltas.
