Title: Installation cost is just horrible and unfair. it should have some transparency.
Review: I just want to be honest , ac performance is average ,i am not satisfied by the installation,just cheated by voltas in the name of installation, I am being compelled to take installation from voltas because otherway of installation will void your warranty. this the biggest weapon of voltas .in the name of installation they have taken more than 5000rupees ,even i am living in top floor, very near to roof. So during purchase of this product keep this in mind that ac is not of just 40000rs but overall cost could be 50000rs or more, so if other company give better option of installation, you can go with them. actual earning of voltas come from their installtion, so installation in other word is just cheating. they will not give the detail of installation cost. you will feel their service engineer rate for installtion like they are scientist of NASA. I asked the cost of stand for outdoor unit in market is 400 but they will ask u rs 900 approx.if u buy it from outside they will charge you 500 labour charge on stand. I am completely dissatisfied by the installation at instaaltion quality. Behavior of installation staff is also too rude not friendly.

Title: Efficiency, Value for money
Review: The body is really good. It cools the room very quickly and keeps maintaining the temperature just the right. In a heat summer you can experience a cool breeze after a tiring day out side. Value for money and saves electricity bill as well compared to other brands.

Title: Best Choice…….
Review: Pros:-1) Takes 6 Seconds to give cool air.2) Timer Option to auto shut down after specific time.3) Timer for Autometic On the AC4) You have to take a cover or blanket if you run AC over than 30 mins in even in 28 degree.5) Use very Low energy.Cons:-1) It is little bit of noisy.2) the swing in low fan speed makes a cracking sound. It will be fixed after a servicing

Title: Cooling is superb!
Review: So glad I bought this for my parents’ anniversary. Had ordered the 2 ton but my father convinced me to get the 1.5 ton as he said that their room wasn’t big enough. The cooling is absolutely superb and it chills at even 25 degrees, apparently ( my parents’ old Ac used to be kept at 18 and it still wouldn’t cool the bedroom well enough!) My mother just called to tell me that she’s relived that I hadn’t ordered the 2 ton because then they would’ve had to sleep in the guest room!!Delivery and installation were great as well. We paid approx 3000/- extra towards installation.

Title: Worst Experience from Voltas
Review: Can’t believe this is happening with Voltas.The customer care and the service team of Voltas is completely collapsed.Since 14th June 2023, installation for the split AC was booked and there is no updates from Voltas.They don’t even allocate the service engineer nor the customer care aware of the deputation is service engineer.Shared phone number of service engineer 2 times but the contact number is switched off since morning.The Funny part is both the contact details belongs to the same service engineer, Mr Panda.Called 3rd time to the customer care today and still the issue is unresolved.Can’t give any star rating for this type of service from Voltas.This is my 3rd AC from Voltas, but seriously I will never opted for Voltas again nor recommend anyone to go for Voltas.Hope, my review will resolve the issue for delay in installation.
