Title: Pathetic Product and ridiculous service
Review: After installation from Voltas I switched it in for the first time and it wasn’t cooling.I raised a complaint in Voltas and the guy came and he said you got it installed through a different agency of Voltas so I can’t repair it. Please call the person from the same agency. How does that even matter as I bought it from Voltas and got it installed through Voltas and now I called Voltas to get it repaired but I’ve been transferred here and there is no resolution.Now they are saying that the part is not available and they don’t know how much time it will take.Pathetic Service and horrible product.

Review: The AC was installed after 7 days from the date of delivery- that too after repeated reminders to their service engineer. Installation done in a shabby manner and even after two months there is no response from Voltas on my complaints.

Review: Pathetic AC, purchased this AC in April 2024, cooling capacity is so poor, and AC make loud noise. Kindly refrain from spending your money on such overhyped AC.
