Review: This pain relief patch is useless. The patch doesn’t stick for ling and does not give any warmth after applying and no pain relief as I experienced with other brands. The patch were very messy to use, all of them were stuck to their pouch/packet and when they were peeled off to be applies to the area of pain, it didn’t stick for more than 3 to 4 hours unlike other such pain bands which functions for 2-3days. Waste of money. I will not recommend at all.

Review: I bought this for myself and my training partners cum friends who workout together. As a part of our training, we are often very sore after a hard training day. I decided to use this patch and see how far does it go in helping with reducing the feeling of soreness.Being a fitness enthusiast and a keen science student, I tried to find out how could a simple herbal patch help with reducing pain. Well technically speaking, mechanical pains cant be healed or corrected through anything other than muscle activation and relaxation. But the feeling of muscle pain can be reduced atleast.Herbal patch like this VioPatch helps with its ingredients of herbal oils, creams, etc.that soothe the skin and fascial tension by their cooling effect and in turn cause more blood flow to the region post the cooling effect subsides. And therefore, cause more blood flow and hence, faster recovery times.Adding to that, the cooling-effect work on lowering the mental perception of the intensity of pain.Except one of my friends who complained of temporary darkened skin because of hair pull on his back while removing the patch, everyone else, including me found this patch to be helpful in reducing the perception of the intensity of pain and hence, did help all of us in managing stress and fatigue, better.
