Title: The probiotic strain combination I was trying to find for months!
Review: I was looking for a plant based source of L Acidophilus and B Lactis as I have IBS – D type and I am vegan. Most probiotics in the market aren’t effective. They seem to have gotten into this race of including as many probiotic strains in a single capsule as possible. And that is not how it works. It just upsets the gut flora. A vast majority of them needs to be refrigerated throughout and since they don’t go through cold chain during delivery, they become ineffective. This is where I absolutely loved this product. It doesn’t need refrigeration. I have been using it for 3.5 months now. My IBS symptoms are so much better. My immunity is better. I don’t have to be constantly bothered by IBS symptoms most of them times now. Would highly recommend this one. Also, a suggestion to team Unived – if it is possible can you guys also try to include these strains too? — L Plantarum 299v, Bifidobacterium Infantis 35624. They help with bloating. Keep up the good work! And please don’t change/reduce the already existing probiotic strains there.
