Title: Wisdom of God Shiva 🕉️
Review: This wonderful book contains a lot of wisdom of God Shiva ji which if understood & practiced in life, we will attain Moksha. Just one issue is that there are a lot of references & quotes from Shakespeare, Christ & other Western things which I don’t hate but the book could have explained those areas with reference to our Hindu culture.

Review: Persons who are Spiritual seekers should definitely read this beautiful book. It tells you in essense that we are not these bodies at a subtler level and how to raise awareness to a state TURIYA to gain bliss. But definitely has similarities or parallels to Sri Krishna’s Bhagwad Gita.

Title: Wonderful experience
Review: It is an unique wonderful experience to read this book. This is not exactly a book, but an embodied joy. For Shaivites or not it is a pure bliss. The simple way(in English) the author follows to present the complex Sanskrit Shiva Sutras to us, is really appreciable. Not a single part of ” The Shiva Sutras” remains unexplainable. ॐ नमः शिवाय 🙏

Review: Maybe it was lost in translation? How many of us have read to concentrate on the tip of the nose, when it would have made more sense, as Sri Chaudri says, to concentrate on the area of the nose that starts at the Ajna chakra. To most English readers, I believe, the tip of the nose is where the nostrils are. I abandoned that idea long ago as the third eye made more sense to me, and Yogananda had suggested to do so.I like this translation, and it helps keep me on track. I wish this was in hardback.Thank you Sri Chaudri for this great paperback.

Review: Few texts from the Kashmir Shaivism tradition have been translated into English so this one is helpful. The author recognises the similarity with the better known Advaita Vedanta and tries to distinguish the two. However, this book draws mainly on examples from the latter tradition. For example, the author uses the language of idealistic monism (to use the nearest Western philosophy), whereas Shaivism is more akin to dual-aspect monism.

Review: The Shiva Sutras are a powerful and direct pointing to liberation. This version has been rightly praised for its lucid translation and commentary. I recommend it. However this copy has pages that were just not printed. Part of the introduction and the first sutra are missing… This is disappointing. This was not a print on demand book and was not actually that cheap. Aside from this I recommend this book.
