Title:
Review: Although it gives you some common sense responses on weight loss, the acutal diet is impractical for so many reasons. One, finding the ingredients isn’t always easy, especially if you don’t have a “Waitrose” in your area. Two, making some of the meals just won’t work if you work and three, I agree with the statement, you just cannot lose 4 lbs in 24 hours.

Review: A panic buy as I didn’t have long to a bikini holiday. It was a cheap and easy read, quite interesting. It made me think a little about my lifestyle, diet and was actually positive in reassuring me that I mostly have a good, balanced healthy outlook and therefore had no long term impact and I am unlikely to use this book again.
