Title: Good product for gut issues.
Review: My issues are not able to digest spice food, not feeling well after drinks and sleep issues. Also sometimes depression like symptoms. Looks leaky gut issues. After taking one tablet a day felt result within in couple of days. Immediate effect is on sleep. Able to have good sleep. Nice mental energy and feel fresh. Now almost a week i am taking this and can see results. I could give 4.5/5 for products. Reason is not seamless mental energy creation. Sometimes feels energy gone for a couple of seconds and restores again. Not sure why but felt it. I wish it had L-glutamine but can taken as separate supplement.Getting good results when taken as first thing in morning with water with empty stomach. Do not eat anything for next one hour not even tea.
