Title: Affordable and Reliable Smart Lighting Solution
Review: This was the first light strip I’ve ever bought and it was easy to install, It’s easy to change the modes and colours using the tapo app, there was no remote but it can be connected to google home and samsung Smart things, since i use a samsung ecosystem it’s easy for me to change these using my pc and watch, the glue was strong enough, if u want to get smart strip lights these are the one u go for if u have a low budget, btw when u get the 10 meter lights it comes 2x 5m strip lights it doesn’t come with connectors since u can connect 2 of em from the adapter itself if u are unable to start from the same place twice u should get connectors so u can continue after the 5 meters end

Title: Poor quality and fake warranty promise
Review: Within month of installation, one of the 6 purchased strip develop a snag as seen in the pics. Product descriptionf reads “one year warranty”. First, contacting customer care itself is a challenge. Then if by luck you do get a response they will ask you irrelevant questions like – whether u have the original box, whats the serial no of strip- even if you mail the support service original invoice. They will then ask you to physically go to their service centre along with the product to get the product checked (this service centre could be 100km away from your location). Or they will ask you to “courier” the product to them at mumbai/delhi etc at your own expense. Only then they will “CHECK ANY DEFECT” . So there is no guarantee that you will get a replacement (even the pics clearly suggest that the strip light is having some manufacturing defect. Their Regional office will mail you to personally deliver the product to thr service centre only than they will get it checked.So in short – poor product, waste of money, fake warranty promise & very poor customer care.

Review: Best RGB strip by TP-Link, easy to control through there app,chose your own color and effect. But, there audio sync a bit low on profile, if you power off your screen, it automatically turn off audio sync after 1-2 minutes

Review: Super produit ! L’installation est impeccable et facile, même si les demi-tours avec le ruban sont un peu délicats à gérer (mais faisables). La connectivité est excellente, il fonctionne parfaitement avec Google Assistant, et l’application Tapo est simple et bien pensée. Les couleurs et réglages sont géniaux, et les effets sont cools, même si le manque d’effet rainbow (une seule couleur à la fois) peut décevoir certains.J’ai également apprécié le gros bouton d’allumage, très pratique pour un ON/OFF rapide, et il colle parfaitement où on le place. En bonus, j’ai pu intégrer le ruban dans mon Home Assistant géré par un NAS pour contrôler toute ma maison connectée, et ça fonctionne parfaitement ! J’en ai installé deux sur la tête de mon lit pour une ambiance cozy et un sous mon bar pour un éclairage supplémentaire. Je recommande sans hésiter !
