Ingredients

200 ml Sofit Vanilla Soya Drink2 tablespoons chocolate syrup1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules1 scoop soya milk ice-cream (optional)

Method

Combine chocolate syrup and ½ teaspoon instant coffee granules in a bowl. Drizzle this syrup blend around the inside rim of a glass. Now, combine the remaining proportions of instant coffee and milk in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. Add a scoop of soya drink ice-cream if you’re feeling generous!

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon olive oil4 cloves garlic (minced)1 onion finely chopped2 cups vegetable broth1.5 cups Sofit Naturally Sugarfree Soya Milk1 tsp salt150 grams pastaBlack pepper, dried oregano and red pepper flakes (as per taste)Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Method

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion to the pan followed by salt and sauté. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally (avoid browning). Add the vegetable broth, soya milk, and some more salt. Now, add the pasta. Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and stir occasionally. Cook for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens. Adjust seasoning as per taste, and add fresh herbs and other toppings to the pasta. Serve hot!

Method

Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add Sofit Vanilla Soya Drink to this mixture followed by oil. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until the batter is of smooth consistency. Grease the pan with oil, add a ladle full of pancake batter onto the pan. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, flip it to the other side and cook for a minute. Review: Since last couple of weeks it has been noticed that the packing of SOYA MILK has awfully been deteriorated .I am a regular user of the product, due to deteriorated packaging condition I think the leakage has considerably gone high.Hope you will pay an attention in this regard.
