Title: Awesome product with excellent features at reasonable price
Review: This is the one of the cheapest smart TV from a big brand which has most of the high-end features. Even though you cannot compare it with the picture quality of Sony, Samsung and LG where pricing is in Lakhs, still it serves with you a very great viewing quality when comparing with any OLED/QLED Smart TVS in 30-50K range.

Title: Best TV with good picture quality…. But !!!
Review:  First of all it’s not a long term review. Have to check more to say a full review this is jus few days impression.Bought this after very long search and delivery was very fast within a day , Kudos to Amazon…. But installation taken 3 days .( Not bad comparing with other brands)Picture quality was outstanding when we play 4k videos all details are sooo good , even normal cable picture also coming well ( I’m not using any hd set top box). So picture side it is very good and quality level are good. Sound also not very loud bt quality is soo better I’ll recommend to use soundbar for better experience. Connectivity is excellent and software performance also fast and gud till now…Issue: as u can see the pic in day time and with light it looks so good and exceptional but in dark room it showing screen bleeding not much but it showing in 3 areas but it’s not affecting the viewing experience but for a qled tv i expected more black level than this… Maybe this particular tv having issue don’t know but service ppl saying it is quite normal in all led TVs!!!! But I’m not happy with that appart from that it is a very good product as of now…..jus because of this bleeding issue I given 4 star otherwise it is very worthy.. but bleeding levels are decreasing now after the use….

Title: Not a QLED TV, terrible customer service from Sansui
Review: The picture quality is not at all what one ecowcts from QLED TV. In the picture u can clearly see broken black shade lines. The response time is way more than 8 milliseconds. It takes around 2-3 seconds to respond to a command. It doesn’t have a pointer/cursor either. The sound is also not up to the mark. It’s ok for a small room but the quality is pretty bad.The description said that installation would be provided, but Amazon says Sansui would do it. Sansui says it will be done today, tomorrow. Someone from Sansui called to say that technician would come on March 9. When I called Sansui, they said all their service centres are closed. When I asked them to send me an email mentioning the same, they said they can’t give it in writing.Sansui customer care said my complaint would be the first thing to be taken care of but they can’t be sure of that either. On March 10, they called me and said installation would not be done till 1.30 pm at least. Still awaiting installation.I doubt Sansui provides any aftersales service or if they would honour the warranty.To top it all, the customer service agent was extremely rude.

Review:  Good Price for QLED TV – Rating 5/5Display is Very good and awesome color.Sound quality is good, need to change the modes. Google TV with quick response and Dual Band speed is good. All features are included in this TV. OS is very quick response. Size 55 Inch is feeling like theatre and side angle is good. Actually I thought to go below 40 with QLED range. Options I was thinking TCL, Thomson, Kodak etc. For 4k/ UHD TV. Under 45k QLED is worth with 2022 latest model. Finally I selected SANSUI QLED. I am completely Satisfied.. Thanks for SANSUI JAPAN Technology for giving this beautiful 😍❤️ QLED TV with Decent Price.Happy New year 2023. Rocks.. Thanks Again and welcome Future SANSUI QLED FAMILY MEMBERS

Review: I purchased this TV this year January and in the month of November there are spots over the screen. There is a Jainco customer care number which inoperative since many days. No one resolve my issue. No Amazon No Sansui. Right now totally helpless and Sansui broken the faith. Amazon plz give the details of Sansui customer care operatives if possible plz..
