Title: Totally cheating
Review: I just gone through the wording of the protection plan. The processing fee is exorbitant, for my Galaxy M33, is Rs. 1299, nearly 1/3 cost of the screen. The claim can be made once in the tenure, and I am paying Rs. 999 for the plan. Also, the labor cost for the repair is payable by the customer. All this implies, in case of any claim for screen or liquid damage, I will end up paying atleast 2/3 or more of the service cost. This doesn’t account for the interest for the payment upfront.Hence, it’s totally cheating by Samsung India. Even if Amazon doesn’t approve this review, I am going to publish this on social media, with all details of the use case.
