Title: Got it for a great price!
Review: Got this during an off seasonal sale. With a cashback of Rs 2500, the effective price was Rs 29k. Device was promptly delivered within a day by Amazon.The service professional contacted me the next day and installed it on time. The charges for installation are standard across the industry. You need to pay for the extra copper tube, outdoor unit stand, stabilizer, tape etc. Overall, had to pay Rs 3200, which was quite nominal considering other brands.Regarding performance- AC doesn’t many modes like a 5 Star AC, but it cools really well and the energy savings are yet to be determined. Overall, a great product. But your experience depends on the delivery professional and the installation professional.

Title: Excellent product, must buy
Review: 1. Excellent product delivery2. Excellent communication and collaboration for installation. (Rs 1200 + GST)3. Excellent cooling, chills room of 10*10 in 5 mins with a summer heat of 40°C.5. Little noisy and you have to put the Fan in slow mode manually to counter noise.

Title: Worst Service Support
Review: Till the ac get delivered is smooth process after that apko kutte ki trh bhonkna pdega call p call kr k tb jakr 5 din bd koi appoint hoga aur wo b itna lmba bill faadega k sochte hi rhjao 31 hzar ka ac plus approc 4 k uske installation chagres. Lelo paisa pr bhai time pr aao aur kam kr jldy jao pr nai mjhe itna tang kiya h samsung support ne puchiye mt. Baqi ac is working fine its is first day of use. Will update after a month.Edit after using 3 months almost. Outdoor unit water leakage. As i mentioned first day that samsung service is worst. I contacted them that my outdoor unit is leaking water but no response. Ac gets trapped in dust very easily. Need to clean filter ever two weeks. Cooling is perfect until you keep filter clean.Hope that helps!

Title: Excellent product
Review: Initially observed irriting noise level from indoor unit of AC but after going through technical manual found plenty of features like quite/silent mode, 5 in 1 convertible compressor modes to save electricity that makes product worth buying. 60% compressor with auto fan mode makes it quiet and efficient in power saving with/without ceiling fan. With ceiling fan even 40% compressor setting is ok. Only negative score is only one year comprehensive warranty on online purchase. Same product carries 5 years warranty when purchased through Store. Amazon must negotiate for same warranty with brand in future.

Title: Decent ac ,Samsung support is irk some
Review: The ac got delivered in a day , when contacted Amazon they said i will get a call from Samsung within 48-72hrs.after waiting 48hrs called Samsung , the whole process of Samsung is irritating.we can’t connect to a Customer Support directly ,it sends a link where we have to fill the whole details ,after which service request is generated.now post this it takes again some time .Somehow I was able to connect to Samsung CS,and they said if they raise request I would get the service immediately, hence raised through them.I got the call and the installation was luckily done on the same day. I had to call the installation guy three to four times as he didn’t come the time he said he would .Any how that’s the process , try to reach out to Samsung CS for installation.Now coming to AC ,it’s ok in terms of looks,bought this for the convertible feature.felt it doesn’t cool the room as other acs,however I just tested ,from 26.9 degrees room temperature to 23 degrees temperature,it was able to cool in 18mins .it was during the evening time though .it doesn’t have room temp feature ,I checked through a temp device at home .also a handy featur is the fast mode ,which sets the temp to 16 automatically,cools the room fast enough.Not sure about setting temp at one point the whole night instead of switching on n off .wil hav to see the manual .Will raise a request to see if the ac is functioning as it should or not with Samsung .Will update soon.
