Title: Awesome product, bad installation service
Review: Product is perfect, but unhappy with the installation service, they did a shabby job. Can Amazon and Samsung set some standard protocol and give the customers a proper installation.

Title: Almost satisfied
Review: It is a good product, the first day its cooling is looking very low but after 2-3 days it is perfect. And Samsung takes 2200 rs for proper installation. It has a little bit of low sound and absolutely value for money at this price just go for it.

Title: Bad product, bad service – really regret buying this ac
Review: Bought the ac, got it installed through Samsung engineers and in 3 days it stopped cooling.. worse, the service engineer came and couldn’t diagnose the problem.. put it on the gas charging team and they haven’t turned up for 2 weeks now..So I bought an ac to escape the 45 degree heat and have just waited for a month for the ac to work.. I still don’t know if I will ever get a resolution here because all Samsung does is pass request from one person to the other with no resolution..
