Title: Worst Product and Worst Service
Review: 1. Purchase and Installation Issues:Date of Purchase: Bought two AC units on March 7, 2024.Installation Date: After several calls, installation occurred on March 12 by what appeared to be local technicians, not official Samsung service technicians.Installation Charges: Despite having free installation, was charged 6,000 INR for extra piping and holders, which feels like a scam.2. Initial Technical Problems:Date of Issue: Started experiencing a C4 19 error and blowing hot air on April 27.Service Response: A technician visited, identified a faulty installation and a gas leak as the cause of the issue, and repaired it. He assured a 10-year trouble-free operation.Recurring Issues:3. Subsequent Error: Within less than 10 days, faced a new C4 22 error due to another gas leak.Second Repair Attempt: Filed another repair request on May 8; a technician came the next day.Poor Service and Professionalism:4. Lack of Professionalism: The technician was local and not a professional engineer from Samsung.Concerns of Scam: It appears that a Samsung service center near Yelahanka is sending locals to handle the job, leading to doubts about legitimacy and professionalism.Incomplete Service: The technician did not complete the repair, left the unit open, and promised to return within 2 hours but never did.Negligence: Despite warnings about potential rain damage as the unit was left open, the technician disregarded the concerns.5. Current Status:Unresolved Issues: As of today, May 10, the issue remains unresolved, and no technician has returned to complete the repair.6. Overall Recommendation:Advice to Potential Buyers: Based on the poor product quality and service experienced, I strongly advise against purchasing Samsung AC units, especially for those who expect high standards of service and reliability.

Title: Beast AC
Review: So basically i have read all reviews and proceeded to buy it, let me add points below:Pros:1. Immediately cools the room within 5 mins2. The air feels fresh , i have voltas, samsung, whirpool ac but not its about the new ac but the air felt real fresh i think added filters have given out the fresher breathing thing. I live in Rajasthan and trust me dust in room is something that always troubles me3. Self clean feature is really helpful4. Customer Support is bang on5. The Silent ac -Windfree thing is amazing , it is really silent, i shoort my youtube videos in it without any mic and my voice is crisp without any background nice .Trust me the feature is great for sleeping who like silence.6. Compressor is pretty much silent than my other AC. Though it is not exactly silent but really really silent than others.Cons:1.Backlight remote is not there.But this was not a issue for me.I set my settings on remote before sleeping and m good to go in morning.2. The windfree technology has very fine small dotted holes on AC. This can get clogged so during the maintanence do ensure to get them cleaned. Else the windfree thing might not work that great

Title: Defective AC unit delivered and installed
Review: The AC was delivered almost a month an ago .. since the installation the AC has worked only 10 hours . The service team was informed about the lack of cooling , excessive noise caused due to the out door unit vibrating etc .On inspection of the unit by the second service team .. we were informed that the outdoor unit was not installed correctly ( rubber buffers below the outdoor unit were not placed ) also the gas had leaked . The tram attempted to fix the unit and recharge the gas . Despite this the AC it conditioner did not work .On raising a third complaint and after the service teams inspection .. we were informed that the outdoor unit was defective ( as there was a gas leakage from inside ) . We had requested Samsung to replace the entire unit .It’s been 3 weeks since this conversation and there is still no resolution on the matter . The AC is still not functioning and now the Samsung team has informed us that the unit cannot be replaced !I’m so disappointed wit the service provided by Samsung and more so frustrated with this whole experience .Today after 3 weeks of waiting the Samsung team has informed us that they cannot replace the AC unit !
