Title: Don’t buy from the particular Seller “New Jaisa”.
Review: After one month of usage I am sharing this feedback.Firstly, the product is refurbished so brand can’t be held responsible for anything.Secondly, the product sold here comes with 6 months of warranty by the seller which is just a show piece and My laptop had fingerprint scanner issue from the second day the product was delivered. I contacted the seller they confirmed and tried everything possible through anydesk screen share but problem remained as it is. They denied for any physical technical support and stopped responding. After everything possible I got the device repaired from local market and it costed me nearly 2000₹. Then neither amazon support helped nor the seller reimbursed the same amount as the product was within the warranty. Also the support team of sellers are very unprofessional and they do not support in any way.Thirdly, My product was listed with bundled microsoft office but they didn’t provide any genuine office software. When contacted the customer support they denied to provide and also support team installed a hacktool through anydesk screen share. When I asked the explaination for such thing they said this is only the way we do activate any product and we can’t provide U a genuine software.The senior manager replied the same lines and went unresponsive after hanging up the call.Advise: please find any device in your local market if going for the refurbished product but don’t buy online (specificaly if the seller is NEW JAISA). People can’t do anything once the product is found damaged and the online support is not the possible way to find any solution.

Title: Worst product
Review: Laptop didn’t work and it was once repaired by Newjaida in December 2023. Within the next 2 months the computer stopped working. Beware and never trust or buy renewed laptops through Amazon and Newjaisa! The support number provided in the Product support page doesn’t even exist.

Title: Total waste of time , money , energy for refund
Review:  Bought first refurbished product from Amazon. The product looks overused , maybe fallen multiple times during prior possession. Not turning on, external battery loosely fit . After having important work to do it’s all in hold for the technician to visit later and then refund if possible will return and all this process is very tiring. I was about to travel to another city for a week but now I have to wait for this and sort it out. Product is 25k but not worth it. Could go for new one always even it’s expensive. I don’t want anyone to get something cheaper but defective scam and calling it making the planet greener. Never trust the refurbished guarantees. If i am not getting a refund for this i will definitely file a lawsuit on Amazon and this seller .

Title: Decent Product.
Review: Looks clean and neat. And touch screen is working properly, the machine is also in a decent running condition. Battery back up is only concern which could have been better. Overall for the price, it is still a worth.
