Title: Excellent Product …Customer Care..and Service
Review: The Laptop is is very good condition and working flawlessly.It is thin….and the touch screen is great…so is the battery life. There are two batteries, back-lit keyboard…fingerprint sensor…What I liked most was the customer care and response…my first unit had a bit of an issue ,Mr Vasu Jain personally kept in touch with me throughout over whatsapp, provided assitance and replaced my unit very promptly !He was so cordial and helpful..I would not have got this support even at Lenovo service station…I am very impressed by the product as well as with the Customer Care by the seller….Hope to buy another one from them….

Title: Battery Backup not good.
Review: Product is Good but battery life is much less around 1hr. I was expecting at least 3hrs battery backup. Product freshly painted which is coming off to hands. Other than that product performance wise is better working nicely no issues with the performance, But SSD Should be 500GB on this price.
