Review:  Audio sound is not working properly, I request the technical suppport for the laptop issue. But the guy didn’t visited to check the laptop. He callled me and said that he will send a report to Amazon and place a replacement for this laptop. But I didn’t see any request in Amazon and when I am calling the guy from last 1 week. He is not picking call. Now I can see return window is closed. How I can complaint for This
