Title: Quality and services
Review: The Laptop quality was good when I received the laptop. And still running well. It’s run smoothly and provided proper response in a short time. Battery back is little bit low because I know it’s an old item. Screen quality is perfect. I am happy and satisfied with the product.

Title: Defective piece. MS Office doesn’t work either.
Review: Fraud by Amazon and seller. Supplied a defective piece and without licenced OS. (Maybe pirated). When we cancelled the order, they cancelled the return on 11th April stating that buyer refused to return / door locked when all the time someone was present. We confirmed with the Amazon tele-executive before hand the pick up date available. The screen was defective when delivered. The MS Office doesn’t work. Maybe pirated. I bought on Amazon expecting Windows and MSO will be genuine. And there no way I can return as the return button takes me to the caption ‘ no replacement part available, can we help trouble shoot’ Means I am stuck with a defective piece even though I tried to return before the deadline. Never again Amazon!

Review: This is my first time to buy refurbished product and I had some mixed thoughts but after buying it and using it for 4 months I can say this is really good laptop at this price.Battery backup is good and charger is working fine.It comes with backlight keyboard that helps you alot if you work late night and prefer to keep room light off.Camera and speakers are working fine.I was able to connect with 5g wifi and internet working really amazing.With i5 7gen it becomes a powerhouse for study and office work and you can play light Games on it. It provides 8gb ram and 512gb SSD at this price that is something you can not find in any other refurbished laptop at this range.Working really good and if you are looking for budget refurbished laptop you can go for it.Even the saler provide assistance if you need i tried to contact them and got really fast response.

Review: 1. WRONG LAPTOP SENT: This product promised for 500GB SSD But came with 200 GB SSD which is so less that it feels use less. (Also the variant which they sent is available for 8000 less)2. WRONG CHARGER SENT: the laptop has c-type charging port and the box has come with older round hose charger. You can’t even charge your laptop3. BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING: bid Goodbye to your Bluetooth headphones since you can’t connet them here4. NO RETURN: Even though this is a returnable laptop and I raised a return request on the same day of receiving the laptop, no one came to pick it up. AMAZON NOT TAKING AND RESPONSIBILITY even after assurance that the laptop will be collected.BUY THIS IF YOU WANT TO TRY YOUR LUCK and have affinity towards GAMBLING. 😏You will end up with wrong product with multiple Hardware and Software not working.You will also get fed-up calling amazon support and getting false assurance that the return will be completed.At End: NO HOPES + BYE BYE MONEY 🤑

Title: Absolutely pathetic quality
Review: The product delivered is in extremely bad condition. It has someone’s name scribbled all over and the charger doesn’t work. Amazon customer support guy was rude and didn’t help, kept talking over my complaint without listening and hung up.This has broken my faith in Amazon. Will never recommend anybody to go for a refurbished laptop because Amazon fails to check.
