Title: DEFECTIVE CHARGER. (Charger Not working + nobody came to replace)
Review: The phone is in working condition; there is a small dent in the SIM card slot, but it is minor, and both the SIM card and memory card work fine. The phone operates smoothly.The only DISLIKE is that they provided a defective charger. Despite filing a complaint, the technician only checked the phone using a remote m-service app during a phone call provided by Amazon, without coming to the house.He mentioned that he had logged my complaint, but nobody has responded or provided information on when they will replace the charger. Overall, my complaint seems to have been ignored.Hence, I am giving it only 1 star.

Title: Fingerprint censor faulty, phone heats up, takes too long too charge
Review: One if the biggest regrets in life was to order this refurbished phone from Grest in an emergency. Immediately after unboxing, I found that the finger print censor didn’t work, the apps would not update. I did the mistake of contacting the seller directly as per the warranty card. I should have raised the issue through Amazon. I was in a hurry and needed a handset urgently. The representative of the seller some Mr Bhuvan misled me right from Day 1. He encouraged me to deal with them directly even when I clearly demanded refund and not replacement. He kept me hanging for days and once the return window on Amazon closed he said the management is not agreeing for refund. By this time Amazon could not do anything to resolve either. I then got a replacement phone and the new phone was as bad. It heats up in 10 mins and takes very long to charge.Please do not go for refurbished phones, in the long run they cost you a lot of trouble. If you still decide to go for a refurbished device, avoid this seller Grest. And finally if you do so, don’t deal with them directly and always return/replace through Amazon
