Title: I totally recommend this if you dont mind some compramises.
Review: There are good things and bad things about the product I received.Cosmetics of the device: I was initially concerned about the state of the product, how old it would be and what the condition of the laptop would be. To my surprise the device feels almost brand new. There are no visible signs of wear and tare. I am genuinely happy with the physical appearance and feel of the product.Hardware: Almost everything works perfectly fine. Unfortunately for me the mouse buttons that are to be used with the pointer are unresponsive and seem like they are dead or disconnected. The charger that was provided with the unit is not an original piece, but nonetheless, it works as expected, so i cannot complain about that.Software: the windows installation is relatively clean and just has a few extra apps that the seller uses to take note of your warranty details, which greets you as soon as you open the laptop. And then you are free to use the OS as you wish. My unit came with windows11 and MS office as advertised, and I am pleased to report that it was as expected. The things I do not like about the device:The seller seems to have stuck two tamper proof stickers above two of the screw holes, I am guessing the warranty is void if the stickers are tampered with? Who does this in 2024? This is a predatory practice. As a result of this I am unable to verify if the RAM and SSD are actually as advised and what state the internals are in. I intended to upgrade the SSD but I am unsure if I should now.The SSD that came along is 256gb as advertised but it is so sluggish, you will notice the slowness while loading applications. The model in my unit shows up as ‘Consistent SSD M.2 256GB’The product details say the device has a full HD panel, which to my knowledge is 1920×1080 resolution, but the unit I received only had 1366×768, which is 720p at best. As a result it is pretty obvious right from the get go that it is a cheaper panel since the characters are not as clear, and something is terribly off with the screen calibration.Overall, if you are someone who knows what you are getting yourself into, I think this is a good deal, of course nothing is perfect, but I think what it’s worth, the deal is good.

Review: After a week laptop never turned back. And customer support is pathetic. To connect with them itself takes 2 to 4 days and they ask us to fix by our selves.
