Title: Okay but not okay
Review: The product has good configuration, since you get an i5, 8 GB RAM, SSD and also a touchscreen display which is a steal for the price offered, but the overall quality of the item received is not upto the mark. It seems like a 2-3 years old laptop unlike claimed to be in “Excellent Condition”, battery is totally worn out with no backup, started swelling which is visible from the body being deformed due to pressure the battery is creating. Trackpad stops working intermittently and then the connection ports have started to corrode. This is definitely one of those laptops being used by people from IT services company for 2-3 years and then sold out but it should not be called Refurbished. This is an OLD laptop and not a refurbished (returned to seller for xyz reason).
