Review: So what happened, i ordered this laptop on 18th December they delivered the product but the problem was laptops trackpad mouse was not working properly, so i ordered a replacement and today i got the replacement on door but delivery boy refused to give it to me because of the serial number issue. The serial number delivery man asked was only written on bill I received with 1st package and their is no serial number on laptop body or inside laptop software.I immediately called UsedYetNew customer number and they were not attending my calls. So i called amazon customer support and they issued a return.So, for example if they are offering you 6 months warranty and if something happens to your laptop like anything they will refuse to give warranty claim because serial number is always different.Its a game played by sellers on amazon by selling renewed products.
