Title: Best option for students and coding/daily use
Review: I ordered it an year back, when my notebook from another reputed brand bricked. The quality of the laptop is excellent. It seems like the seller has put some efforts to properly refurbish the laptop which surely justifies the name ‘NewJaisa’. I have been using it daily for coding and development. It has never given me any issues to this date. My honest adivce will be to reject the notebooks and go for the Lenovo Thinkpad series. These are rough and tough.My charger once stopped working. Being in warranty I called the customer support. They delivered a new adapter a day after. I am really satisfied with the purchase. It is indeed a value for money option. I will recommend NewJaisa to everybody looking for refurbished laptops. One point to note is that the battery backup is low, but overall the laptop is apt for my usage.

Title: A Laptop which switches off on its own
Review: I purchased a laptop from Naya Jaisa, hoping for a decent performance, but what I received was a machine that barely functioned. The hardware was outdated, the processing speed was akin to a snail, and the overall build quality felt cheaper than a child’s toy.To add insult to injury, their customer service was appalling. When I attempted to reach out regarding the issues with the laptop, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They showed zero interest in resolving the problem or providing any form of adequate support.

Review: This lenovo T440P really surprised me on it’s features and power.The unit I received is in perfect condition, no scratches or dings. It looks 100% new!It was securely packaged for shipping too.Mine has a powerful intel processor, 8 GB ram, fast wi-fi, and a CD/DVD drive. The SSD drive boots up in a flash.The battery has plenty of life, keyboard is perfect and the power supply quickly recharges the unit.The built in sound system is nice but I will match a blue tooth speaker soon.The WIN10 was loaded in 2024.Best of all, this vendor didn’t load up the Win10 with a load of shovel ware which is a great time saver when you are setting up your new system for max performance.All you need is an amzn wireless mouse and you are ready to go!!!Overall, I own several other lenovo T-series latops as they offer the best value, performance and durability.

Review: I’ve never bought a refurbished laptop before and I’ve always been skeptical of laptop performance in general, but this product has exceeded my expectations so far. It came as described — clean, no damages or scratches. The processing speed is as described and it’s capable of doing what I need it to do. I bought this laptop to replace a desktop for video editing and it’s able to handle it well, including rendering without getting too hot or noisy. I recommend upgrading the ram to 16gb (very easy to pop open the bottom and swap memory sticks). Only downside is I had to buy a mini display port cable for connecting to an external monitor via hdmi — this laptop doesn’t have an hdmi-out port. Seller shipped it fast and well-packaged.

Review: The screen panel was broken but somehow functioning. Battery lasted 20mins (this is not promised 80%). Also computer came dirty and all scratched up. Definitely not as described.
