Title: not bad
Review: Buying a renewed product is like rolling a dice. It will most probably have some kind of issue, could significant or relatively insignificant. I’ve been using mine for the last 2 months and everything seems to work just fine(and i actually got a T480 unlike some other people in the reviews who seem to be happy even after getting a lot worse L480) and it has a 1920×1080 resolution with the matte screen which is nice.Here are the cons in mine:1) the secondary battery had already cycled about 400 times the day i received it! Which cut it’s capacity down by almost half.2) 8gb ram is not enough for me, but if i want to upgrade it, i can’t because it’s void the warranty. Same with replacing the battery, i can’t do any upgrades for the next 4 months.That’s all I can think of right now.And in any case, you’d be better off buying a pre-owned ThinkPad from eBay.

Title: Robust performance and long battery life
Review: Received a defective item initially, but post arranging call with Amazon, a quick action was done to replace the product. Got a bit old product, but got a robust system with excellent battery life, battery lasts for nearly 10+ hours on full charge.There is an issue with the delete button. Once pressed, it continues deleting.Unable to connect with the service provider.

Title: Battery is too poor
Review: Harware except the battery is good. Battery is completely worn out. Raised a request for replacement. A technician came for a visit. Ran a battery check infront of me and said he will raise a replacement request. 24hours post that amazon support says that technician has reported “all good” status.After a few conversations with amazon support, they raised a replacement request. But here is the magic, the request says, I have to ship the product. That will cost me another 500 INR.Summary — Do not every buy refurbished products from Amazon, because amazon will deny every responsibility.

Review: Within a month of purchase, the keyboard has malfunctioned. Additionally, the laptop hinges are loose, the screen is scratched, and both the internal and external batteries fail to last more than 45 minutes.
