Title: Worst prduct
Review: One of the worst product they delivered. Initialy they delivered faulty key pad and sent back repair. After 20 days of continuous follow up they sent repaired laptop but screen is not working. Even after calling call centres no proper answers from them. We recommend never ever buy used laptop from Amazon platform.

Review: This laptop Lenovo ThinkPad I ordered is defective. It’s mousepad is not at all working, even after contacting the customer care and getting resolution regarding Diagnosis and even after completion of diagnosis, the mousepad/touchpad is not at all working. And it has many visible scratches and some of the rubber like structure in this laptop’s side screen is ripped from it And for a laptop with 16gb ram, it strucks too much like my old laptop which is of 3gb ram and almost 10 year old model.I thought the renewed laptops will be minimum 6-12months old, so I thought of buying a renewed product. But they have a sent a minimum of 3-4years old laptop with the old Lenovo logo over it.That’s too many defects.This is not the product and kind of service I expected from Amazon. I was thinking of just getting a replacement for the product. But after all this, I’m out of patience and frustrated.

Review: GO FOR NEW LAPTOP. DON’T BUY FROM USEDYETNEW FRAUD PEOPLE. THEY SUPPLY VERY OLD USELESS SCRAPS.Don’t buy any refurbished laptop from Amazon and UsedYetNew. I bought Lenovo refurbished laptop on August 10, 2020 for 40,000 INR. It stopped working on February 4, 2021. When I purchased the product, they said it is new one that is returned by the first time buyer and any minor repairs are fixed. It worked only for 7 months that too I used only for browsing and home use hardly 3 hours per day. When I contacted UsedYetNew, they said warranty expired so I have to bear the service and parts replacement expenses. So I spent 3000 on service and replacement of I/O IC. Even then it worked only for 3 days. Then, I approached Lenovo Service Centre. They said it’s 2015 model and the motherboard is problem. To replace motherboard, they asked 25,000. So I decided to go for a new one.GO FOR NEW LAPTOP. DON’T BUY FROM USEDYETNEW FRAUD PEOPLE. THEY SUPPLY VERY OLD USELESS SCRAPS.
