Review: I have received it on 27th July after paying extra money for delivery, laptop looks OK but battery is deadOn battery it is mentioned it was made in 2016 that means the battery is too old and it’s deadWithout doing anything amazon has sold it, really bad…I trusted them a lost form last 8 years but now the quality is not like beforeNeed quick supportLooks like this laptop doesnt support windows 11 isnt it ??

Title: Great Purchase. Got the Laptop as Advertised with Zero issues
Review: I purchased an A475 Lenovo ThinkPad (Renewed ) from Lappy Emporium through Amazon.I was skeptical about the physical condition and also the Laptop build itself.My worst fears came true. The Laptop itself was fine, however, the Laptop was not charging. Thought of raising a replacement with Amazon. But First i wanted to connect with the seller. Most of the sellers wouldn’t provide after sale service empathetically and Lappy Emporium was not “most of the sellers”Lappy Emporium provided an exceptional service. When i called them, they acknowledged the issue and gave me a commitment that they will work together to make sure the issue will be resolved to my satisfaction.Initially we thought the issue was with the Adapter, but their experience and sense of the issue prevailed. They did suggest that that issue may not be with the Adapter but could be with the charging PIN in the Laptop.The laptop was sent to their service center and they were right, the issue was with the PIN and it was replaced and the Laptop was sent back on the same day.I am Grateful for their Help, Assistance and Service.They went an extra mile in activating the warranty for me and they promised to keep up the same type of service throughout.You Guys are Exceptional. Thank you Again.

Review: Laptop is good,but battery is only about 45 minutes backup.. best laptop for work.. I didn’t try games.. bcz it’s designed for office work. I got this laptop for 16900. For this price it has great configuration
