Review: I received the laptop about a month ago, came to me with 4 percent battery then I plugged my charger and it is not working, also they have mentioned the screen to be fhd but it’s hd only, after using for a few days mousepad freezes, also the windows 10 pro got crashed so I had to update it to windows 11,
