Review: I was a bit skeptical about buying refurbished laptop. However the configuration was a good one and I’m happy with the product. Writing the review after using it for a week.- Overall quality is good. Software and hardware are as described. I had issue with office version but it was resolved by seller over the phone.- battery quality is good giving around 2.5 hours backup. Which is good for a renewed product.- there’s no visible scrach however screen antiglare could have been better. I have adjusted settings to suit my need.If you are looking for good configuration at minimum cost. I would highly recomend this HP ProBook.Giving one star less, because of the antiglare, else the product is 5 star.__________________________** Edited review after struggling hard to fix it**It worked fine for 3-4 months but then started the fun, they provided support however, as soon as the blue screen/crash happened there was no support. I tried fixing updating windows, but it kept throwing more and more issues. One day it’s battery was gone and it won’t start without power cable. Now I have no choice but to buy brand new and trash this one.I should have gone for new laptop.Lesson Learnt – don’t go for renewed ones. It’s better to buy lesser configuration at same price, if your budget is limited.

Title: Laptop .
Review: It was really nice all upto first six months warrenty period. After warranty period, it’s battery no not operative and hence I had to change it. Laptop in the warranty period was not operative because something in it, it’s performance was not as expected, some times it’s sound not responding too, hence laptop has to got repaired. Anyhow bye and thanks 🙏

Title: Do not buy refurbished laptops
Review: Not worth a purchase. The laptop battery started showing issues within one month of delivery with just 4-5 usages. The battery drains pretty quickly when removed from charging and laptop does not work without the charging cable. The screen quality is also very poor.The email id and contact number provided are incorrect for the seller warranty claim. Amazon customer support also provides incorrect seller contact numbers. When you call on the number provided by Amazon, the response received from the seller is ‘We do not sell on Amazon’.Second response given by Amazon is to contact official HP customer support which does not make sense since HP does not provide warranty for laptops refurbished by a third party seller.The customer support quality of Amazon has degraded a lot over time and the executives have started talking very rudely. Seems like Amazon has changed their entire customer support team staff. Did not expect this from Amazon as a company which has had a customer first policy since the beginning.Very disappointed with the purchase and even more disappointed with the kind of support received.

Title: laptop not working
Review: Purchase on 24th Feb 2024 , not working after 2 months , raise the complaint got repair, now after again 2 month same issue not working same problem , request to look to matter as process refund for faulty laptop given to me or else i need to raise complain to consumer court
