Title: Faulty laptop
Review: The laptop battery wouldn’t charge above 50% and when power chord is disconnected the laptop would show low battery warning within 5 minutes. Don’t take the risk of buying refurbished laptop. At least not from used yet new supplier.

Review: Sleek and light weight and looks as good as new, had initial performance issues with keyboard and it was replaced in a week by their service team. Good after sales support by Mr. Subash and Mr. Akshay. Problem with the customer support line at times but response to emails describing the problem is good.
