Title: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR.
Review: This company/vendor on Amazon is known to sell very poor quality “renewed” or refurbished laptops.My screen had problems within the first few months and after weeks of attempting to get a hold of the vendor, they finally collected my laptop and sent it for repair. Then 6 months after that, the motherboard and keyboard starting having problems.Since the laptop was out of its original warranty from this vendor, I had to go to Acko, from whom i had purchased the extended insurance. The Acko insurance was sold as a COMBINATION item WITH the laptop, advertised as part of the link for the laptop. But when I went to make a claim for the laptop from Acko, they said that this laptop is not insurable and that I should have never have been able to purchase the insurance in the first place. They offered to refund my monies for the purchase of the laptop, but till now (after 8-10 days of requesting a refund), they have NOT yet done so.Do NOT purchase Acko insurance policies and do NOT purchase from Electronics Bazaar!!!!

Review: I recently purchased a Dell Renewed Laptop, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The laptop arrived in impeccable condition, almost like brand new. Title: Product was Good in condition but micro sim tray had not given and also replacement not given
Review: I got the same product as mentioned in the heading as Dell Latitude 7490 i7-8650u 14 inch 16 GB 512 GB SATA SSD at 38500 Rs. it’s battery lasts approx 3-4 hours and all are functionalities in working condition except finger print sensor and had heating issue though I found good. Carelessly not sent micro sim tray by gadget storm seller and I need to replace this good condition laptop just for single missing sim insertion tray part.Also after requesting replacement again n again continuously for 6 days finally they decided to give exchange for same and when delivery agent came for exchange of this laptop he asked serial number but serial number also not given by seller on receipt as well as on laptop. This is the reason Amazon said to return both the products (existing and exchanging) backto seller but Amazon can’t assure that I can buy same product for same price. Now it’s price increased to 44500 rs. this is the game played by seller. DON’T EVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SELLER !!!

Title: Terrible Customer Support and Not a Reliable product
Review: 1. The laptop had clearly fallen on a hard surface and they pasted the edge of screen with some glue.2. This laptop had a defective battery and on battery power, then suddenly the charge goes down to 5 percentage.3. And since last few days this just wouldn’t switch on.4. Last few weeks customer support would just not pick the call.I am cheated and will proceed legally.
