Title: Doesn’t appear like refurbished laptop
Review: I bought this laptop – Dell Latitude 5490 Business 7th Gen Laptop PC (Intel Core i5-7300U, 8GB Ram, 256GB SSD) with Win 10 Pro, but it came with Windows 11 Home, which is OK. I bought it for limited home use mostly for browsing, documentations, etc., with some gaming, but not dedicated gaming. I have experience of buying refurbished laptop at dirt cheep price in the past and so I bought this refurbished laptop, but this doesn’t look like a refurbished one at all. Its just like a new one, no scratches, no marks. Everything is working fine as of now. Also got a copy of Microsoft Office with this laptop without extra cost. Recommended, if you need a laptop for limited home use like mine.

Title: Laptop not usable due to wrong keyboard layout
Review: This is my first time buying a refurbished product through Amazon and I am having a very hassling experience. The laptop came with a foreign keyboard layout, and nowhere it was mentioned in the specification that the keyboard layout is not Indian. I tried to contact Amazon, got the sellers tech center number, called up the tech people, they listened to the problem but did not solve it. For last few days, I have been trying to follow up with the tech guy but he doesn’t pick up calls. I have been a long time Amazon customer, but this experience has been really pathetic. Amazon does not seem to have any control over the sellers when it comes to refurbished products, the consumer is completely at the mercy of such sellers. As a result of this, I am now running pillar to post for finding a solution to the problem. I would advise people not to buy this product.
