Title: Do not buy it. Defective phone launched by Redmi in Note Series.
Review:  Worst phone. Never received this type of service from Redmi as well as Amazon.There is a charging issue in this phone. It gets disconnected and connected automatically while charging. And amazon is also not taking any responsibility of return.I received phone. Next day when I kept on charging, I came to know about the issue. Contacted Amazon, it scheduled a online technician inspection next day. On next day, He said there is a defect and he will collect phone next day. But there was no details on app and he didn’t come till next Evening. So I contacted Amazon again and they asked me to talk to redmi brand and mail them. When I mailed and called Redmi, they asked to visit Service Centre. At service centre, they said that there is defect in data cable and exchanged it. Even with replaced Data cable, came problem existed. So contacted amazon and redmi again, Redmi again says that visit service centre. Service centre people are so Rude and do not support at all. They agree orally about the defect but won’t give in written that there is a problem. On calling amazon, they say that they won’t help until service centee gives in writing that there is issue. Service centre and Redmi Customer care says that we have found it and it will be rectified in new software update which will be launched in feb. Now both the parties have together ate 20 days and are not supporting at all.

Title: Best mobile except battery performance
Review: If you go for Higher Storage Variant like 12GB + 256 GB, this mobile is the best option to buy. But battery backup is poor, for moderate usage it lasts only for a day. Good Camera and Nice Picture quality for this budget segment. Regarding processor, it performs fine for average usage like non-gaming for Insta, WhatsApp and other light apps usage it performs fine. And Very light weight while holding in our hands while compared to any other mobile with same specs.

Title: this phone is good in this range
Review: initially, on the first day, it was showing, again and again, a battery draining problem but when I fixed it by doing some settings in the battery section and uninstalling all pre-installed bloatware apps and all screen animation, message sounds, and notifications I stopped everything where the battery was draining that solved problem now my phone is working very smooth and I am happy

Review: Phone battery drain from 100 to 40% in just 6 hours. Horrible. Do not buy this phone. Worthless. Camera quality also not so good. Price overpriced based on battery and camera quality. Worst.
