Review: Hi,I recently purchased the Redmi 13C 5G phone from Amazon, and I regret to inform you that my experience with this device has been extremely unsatisfactory. I would like to highlight several issues that I have encountered:1. **Sluggish Performance:** The phone runs remarkably slow, causing frustration and inconvenience in everyday use.2. **Frequent Hangs:** The device experiences frequent hangs throughout the day, disrupting normal usage and affecting productivity.3. **Battery Problems:** Charging the battery is a prolonged process, taking about 2 to 2.5 hours. Despite raising the concern with both MI service center and Amazon, a satisfactory solution has not been provided.I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns promptly and provide a solution to improve the overall functionality of the Redmi 13C 5G. Title: This handset is not fit for 2024
Review: (1) Fingerprint sensor responses 3 tomes out of 10. (2) Long charging time (3) Battery life 24 Hrs at the most for ordinary use, no game, no video recording, only net use and working with data. (4) Heating problem with playing video. (5) Display fine. (6) Camera quality good for general purpose , specialized photography is not up to the mark. (7) Speaker volume should have been a bit louder,Overall this phone can not meet demand of today’s multipurpose use.
