Title: Best one with draw freezer at the bottom
Review: I bought this refrigerator one and half years back. There were no reviews for this at that time. This is the best refrigerator in India with a bottom freezer which is a draw type than a door type. You don’t need to sit down and dig out things kept inside. It is easy access draw which has lots of space and works well. Till now we haven’t faced any problem. The outer part is glossy and attractiveas well. On the whole, the refrigerator is very spacious and works well. We are very happy after using for so many days.

Title: Buy from a store, not Amazon!
Review: If I could give this -5 stars I would. The refrigerator did not work from the moment it was delivered. Amazon would not allow us to return it without a service visit from Panasonic, and said that they would remove the ‘return by’ date. It took ages to get a Panasonc engineer to come. He said the mother board was bad, and after talkeing to many agents at Panasonic, they told me to return it to Amazon. Amazon tried to tell me it was too late to return it. After many calls and many weeks I was finally told that they would pick up the refrigerator and give me a refund. This did not happen, and now the system does not allow me to ask for assistance of any kind for this product. What am I supposed to do with a non working refrigerator that has been sitting in my apartment for months?! AMAZON, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!

Title: Poor quality, poorer service – best to avoid
Review: This product was just what we needed. Bottom mounted freezer, not too big in dimensions. And ok priced. That’s why the two stars, and not one. However, 3 months after we bought, cooling stopped working. I filed a complaint immediately. But support experience has been very bad. No ETAs. People usually don’t call back to check, you only have to follow up. No way to type a written compliant or check status – their snazzy WhatsApp based system is good at “Something went wrong”.The conclusion is this. Their support is one lethargic non empathetic function. They don’t care about giving clear ETAs, regular follow up or speeding things up. 19 days after my complaint, and 5 visits by the technician, they could not fix the fridge. I have been asking for refund or replacement, and for that too there is a sarkaari “process” to go through.I am stuck and only hoping to get a refund. But avoid this one if you can. Seeing their POOR support, I will suggest avoiding Panasonic appliances.
