Title: Absurd choices
Review: Among the choices given for return of item, there is no mention of non delivery of item even one week after due date of dilevery. We are forced to choose some other unrelated reason and then asked to print out a return form for an item that has not been delivered. There is no other choice available. And this is an expensive item. An Air Conditioner. For which payment has already been made in advance.
