Title: Lifesaver
Review: The product came at unbeatable price. I was not looking for a five star inverter AC since i was a bit skeptical about the inverter models due to high maintenance costs in case of hardware issues. But this came at a ridiculously cheap price that I couldn’t not buy it.Now during extremely hot days i simply leave the AC on and keep the bedroom door open so that AC comes into the hall as well. This keeps home temperature manageable. And electricity bills have not shot up I imagine due to the energy efficiency. Thank you panasonic.Another gamechanger is the smart feature. I had never understood its attraction. But now that im using it im a huge fan. No more hunting for remote. No complicated timer setups. And when we reach home at afternoon in high heat we can switch on the AC half hour earlier and home is pretty cool by the time we reach.

Title: Good AC but installation cost is around 7 thousand
Review: Delivery took around 3 days in Pune.On the delivery day itself, the installation guys came. They told me the total cost of installation was 7 thousand. The core cutting cost was 120 rupees per inch. Usually, slab width is 12 inches so 1440 core cutting cost. Most flats would require one core cutting but in my case, it was two core cuttings so the cost was 3 thousand. The installation cost including GST was around 1500. The stand cost was 950 rupees. They said the extra copper pipe cost was around 950 per meter and I needed an entire meter extra. In the box, they give a 3-meter copper pipe. The cable and plug itself are not given by Panasonic, they cost around 200 rupees. They said miscellaneous items were around 500 rupees. I forgot a few items but the total cost was seven thousand so do consider all of these costs before purchasing this AC.I decided to installation from a local vendor who did everything for 5 thousand. The core cutting cost at 80 rupees per inch. The installation cost was 1000 rupees. Stand was 850, copper wire at 800 per meter.Installation took around 3-4 hours considering we had to do two core cuttings.The AC is good. The cooling is effective. I feel the indoor unit is a bit noisy and not exactly silent.The MirAle app is decent enough but took around half an hour to get it to connect. The steps were simple but for some reason, it was failing continuously. It was asking to connect to AC’s WiFi and mobile internet at the same time, which is not possible. The AC was not connecting to my WiFi, I had to try multiple times. After trying multiple combinations of wifi SSID, and mobile data it somehow got working. Connecting to Alexa was very smooth once the device got registered on the MirAle app.One thing to improve on the app is, it can show the current room temperature in addition to configured target AC temperature. Also, the cost of installation could be reduced to have a seamless experience even though there are variable components. I believe next time I need some servicing, Panasonic could easily take 4-5 thousand each year for smaller things.

Title: Poor installation & after sales support. Wifi Module not working
Review: Please read this before buying Panasonic brand AC.I have terrible experience with Panasonic.1) The installation was done on the 12th day from delivery despite the appointment being scheduled for day 2. Skeptical about the future service & support from the brand.2) The wifi module is not working after installation. Have raised a complaint for that.However, Cooling is faster & good.Update: Cooling issue just after 7 days of installation. Cold air comes out of indoor unit but room is not completely getting cooled. Raised a complaint and technician showed up after 7 days. He checked everything and said unit is working fine. I didn’t agree for ticket closure so he said he will come back again with temperature measurement tools, but he is yet to show up. So totally it has been 13 days from ticket raised date and the issue still remains.And for the wifi module not working issue, he said informed head office but no one from there has done anything or called me.Hope my bitter experience will help you in deciding whether to buy Panasonic AC.

Title: Quality product from Panasonic
Review: 1 ton AC is enough for a small room. The installation guys were very professional( but please use safety equipment when working in high rises) . The core drilling, if needed, costs you extra and is done by a 3rd party team( Mine costs Rs.1200+Rs.400 for extra drilling). Apart from that, the total installation cost for Panasonic installation team came around Rs.5000 including labour charge, extra copper wire, tape for protection for copper wire, water drain cable, AC power supply cable, gst etc. No need for a stabilizer. After 1 week of operation, completely satisfied with cooling and noise.

Title: Awesome AC
Review: I really appreciate the cooling of AC. It’s just wow with the cooling capacity. Got an issue with wifi connectivity but the Panasonic people are helping me getting fix the issue and the service is good.
