Review: I had purchased 2 Panasonic AC, one 2 ton capacity and one 1 ton capacity.Both the AC are very good. The cooling is efficient and being smart you can control the AC remotely so that when you reach home the room is cool.Satisfies with the product.

Review: This is a True Smart Ac ..initial days now …Can be operated from anywhere provided the AC is connected to a WiFi network.MIRAIe app and its features is a blissApp shows daily energy consumption ,but not verified with actual usage till now.No night chills due to customized Sleep profiles .Delivery and Installation done within 15 hrs by Panasonic . Charges around 3000.Negative – Indoor plastic quality and finish can be improved a lot … I have an 9 yrs old LG AC ,whose plastic quality is far better. Inconsistent gaps in the indoor unit.

Review: It’s been just one month and nobody from the company is reachable AC i not working at all, tried multiple times to contact Panasonic now it’s been 10 days this AC has stopped working nobody from the company came yet to repair there is a gas leakage oil leaking Panasonic and Amazon are scamming I purchased this product on 6/3/2024 this is ridiculous. Zero in customer service, after paying for installation in just 1 month gas started leaked we payed, Again now today is the 7th day it stopped working this is the 3rd month again we have gas leaking issue nobody from technician team is responding I bought this product in march and facing issue every month i will suggest all the amazon customers to not to buy this product at all go for O General or dakin where you have to pay a little more but at least you will not get a scrap. Note – DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IN JUST 3 MONTHS IT STOPPED WORKING TWICE EVERYTIME THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR MONEY TECHNICIANS DONT ANSWER YOUR CALL.
