Title: Very good product and service
Review: The unit i got is faulty. Auto clean mode doesn’t work. My fault is that I’ve already purchased extended warranty, so i can’t replace or get refund from Amazon. It must be done by Panasonic. I’ll update after a few days.Edit: 2023 HU models don’t have auto clean mode, since it is full of sensors. This was confirmed by visiting engineers. Amazon didn’t mention this on product page and most engineers also don’t know about this change.So, model is very good, full of sensors. Panasonic engineers and service center people in Chennai are very helpful. Thanks for clearing my doubts. Amazon could have done better to help me by mentioning these details on product page. Although Amazon didn’t take any time to initiate my refund. For that, i thank them.Over all a learning experience.

Review: Please don’t ever buy this product from panasonic, it’s not been 2 years since i used this product, suddenly blower screw got detached and making horrible noise in primary unit.When I raises service request with panasonic. Technician visit and confirm that blower has issue. Spare part ordered after checking the unit. It’s been more than 12 days still I didn’t get the spare got delivered to fix the ac. I fed up with their services. Worst service I have ever faced so far. When I try to contact manager of service center, most of time he’s not responding. After made so may calls he finally picked up and casually repied that your spare part is in pending state.! Please whoever planning to buy this product don’t buy, there are some other product which give better quality even incase of any problem they’re providing good service support.!!!
