Title: Prebiotics is a must for healthy gut
Review: In an effort to rebuild my gut flora and make it healthy again, I started taking this Prebiotic powder along with Probiotics. It has a slightly sweet taste and can be added to water, juice, milk, curd, shakes etc. Personally I take it with water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning followed by Probiotics. Adding prebiotics has noticeably improved my digestive health. I am pleased with this product.
