Title: Indoor unit very small
Review: This is my 5th midea ac and i was very satisfied with all previous purchases but in this Model the INDOOR UNIT is almost like a 1 ton product of any brand even midea 1 ton indoor unit is similar in size.

Title: Pathetic product from Carrier
Review: From the time switched on 1st time by carrier midea technician giving E3 error. Delivered on 28th July. After haging both units on 29th, technician first said that power cable is defective, purchase other cable spent 500, on 30th July after replacing the cable same error, now told “ab mujhe samajh me aa gaya ki cable ka fault nahi hai.” On 31st some sr. Technician came and said “iska PCB and indoor unit motor repair hoga”. While contacted customer care of “carrier midea” they said replacement nahi ho sakta repair hi hoga. As per both customer care executive and supervisor hanging unit means installation done. They collected the installation money too on 29th itself.While asked cc supervisor to give contact details of sales head or service head or escalation head told they can’t give same before permission.
