Review:  Guys do not order from Amazon!The product started behaving like this within 7 days of ordering, receiving and setting upI tried everything possibleNow I am going to get a “genuine refurbished product” as a replacement for a 15 day new laptopNever buying from Amazon again!Thousands of physical retailersWill not recommendAmazon also holds no accountability after 7-8 days which is very poorAbsolute shameWaste of moneyWould have got a 2nd hand laptop because that’s what I’m getting at the end of the day

Title: Came with a surprise
Review: This is written within a few hours of the laptop being delivered.It came well packaged in a heavy box. Setup and all went well. Everything’s good so far.The surprise is ‘Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021’ full license is included, which is not mentioned in any of the promotional materials.Though many reviewers go ga-ga about the keyboard, I’m not too happy with it. I’m not a ‘thin-bezel’ kind of guy, but the bezel does make the screen look dated. Otherwise, the build quality is fine.EDIT: And one more thing, I just noticed that the serial number in the invoice does not match the laptop serial number.
