Title: Fabulous!
Review: Nice product, cooling is impressive, and design is also too much good.Cons:Installation is done after 8 days.For that also I spoke to Havells customer support four times and Amazon support twice. Both the supports say the same that your installation will be done within 24 hours, but no one is coming. I would like to say that the installation should be done on time.

Title: Great AC at affordable price
Review: Installation was great, fast delivery and it works well. Cooling is good and doesn’t take long time. If you are on the way of fan blower, you will feel cold. Away from fan needs more cooling in the room. Installation cost increases if you need more than 1.5m wiring so be prepared for that. It was around 6.5K for us but itself the same case with any other brand of AC.

Title: AC is good, but Installation support is horrible
Review: The AC cooling and packaging is good. Appearance of product is also good. However, we had the worst experience with installation. The Lloyd technician who visited us (after 4 days of constant follow ups for installation) quoted an unrealistic amount of 11.5K and said we would need 7m, 9m, and 8m lengths of pipes to connect the indoor and outdoor units. He said we still have to get it done through Lloyd, without which our warranty would become void. When we asked for another technician, the support team kept promising for next day installation but didn’t follow through at all. And they kept cancelling our service request tickets with reasoning like “customer out of station” without even calling us. After 8 days of frustration, we had to get it done through an external agency, who charged us less than half of what was quoted by Lloyd, with no extra pipes required other than what was already in the package. Unfortunately, we cannot claim our warranty because of their awful installation support.

Title: Misleading Product description and yet to know the performance quality
Review: The product description is misleading and i have given the picture what i received through seller and what it is supposed to be ..it’s not white with chrome deco strip it is just a plain white industrial AC IDU.Unhappy with the seller on misleading description and yet to know the performance and worse part is there is no end user guide in anywhere including Lloyd’s platform as far as i searched .
