Title: Pathetic quality and even worse customer service
Review: I ordered this mixer grinder and the larger jar was not working properly. I contacted customer care to which they asked me to get it replaced myself and they will reimburse but we all know the reimbursement was never going to come. So, I asked them to get it replaced and it’s been almost 3 weeks now but I have not yet received th replacement of the jar. Everytime, I call their cistomer care, they tell that we will get an update in the next 24 hours. I have lost all hopes now of ever getting a replacement. My only suggestion for potential customers would be to never buy their product since the products are of very poor quality and there is no concept of customer service at Lifelong.
