Title: The Best Dual Inverter AC
Review: Actually, this is my 3rd AC in same category. After experiencing the performance in most hot place in Tamil Nadu (Karur), default by 40+ deg, I purchased it for my house at Chennai which is similar in temperature. The product is 2019 series which has display in front of the indoor unit. The important feature of this AC is stabilizer free operation which saves you initial cost. Amazon has given me No Cost EMI for HDFC Credit card which made shopping easier.The installation was done by registered LG service team whom contacted within 48 hours after delivery. The team visited the place and finished the installation within 1.5 hours. Being LG, there is a limited for Inverter models where the installation charge is 699 only till June 30th. In addition to the stand cost (850), my total installation is within 1600. The cooling is awesome and beating the inside temperature within minutes. Worth to buy for the money spent. My next purchase for the same model in 2 ton capacity for my Karur house. Thanks LG & Amazon for making me cool.

Title: Highly expensive installation but good AC
Review: Product is good, prompt installation, but for installation I had to Pay approx 5400, you will have to buy brackets for outdoor unit for out door unit, insulation for extra pipe was charged, water pipes was charged. Highly expensive installation

Title: Compressor gone bad in 5th year of service
Review: We had multiple installation issues at the start. The installation guy installed/uninstalled it twice when complained that it’s not cooling the room. Our room is a standard small room and ideally it should feel like a refrigerator if temperature is set anything below 24. But, in our case even if we set the temperature to 17, it did not feel like it was 17. Somehow we got it fixed from external guy. Now it has been 5 years since we got the ac, the compressor is now not working. Compressor had a 10 year warranty. LG air conditioners have the best review on Amazon and outside but seems like we were the unlucky ones who got the worst one.

Title: Product seems good, installation was awful
Review: Amazon should allow separate reviews of the equipment and the installation. In my case the AC looks good and works fine, but the people sent by LG did the ugliest installation job and couldn’t even understand why I didn’t like it. Please see the photo. I had to pay a total of Rs 8400 for this result which has defaced the appearance of my building. What can I even say. Maybe it’s better to get a private mechanic to do the installation. Once I recover from this mess, I plan to find someone reliable to re-install the unit, this will cost me another Rs 5000 at least. Please keep all this in mind when you buy an AC from Amazon.

Title: Energy efficient
Review: It is a good product. It is very silent and provides cooling in every corner of the room. LG service is satisfactory and the product is working excellent till now. It is suitable for 10×12 room size. Electricity consumption is low compare to others.

Title: AC purchase
Review: We visited various AC showrooms around bangalore city for 2 weekends and couldn’t finalize. I really didnt find any difference between this AC which is put online and the ones in the showrooms.Only difference is showroom people will indirectly force you not to buy from online. They will only show you the AC which gives them better commission. Where as online it’s purely your wish.There is no guarantee that showroom people will actually tell you the right things about the A/C.After much thought we proceeded with buying online – which is the first major ( in terms of money) purchase for us and we are comfortable with that decision so far. Bought it May 2019 – think so far no issues.

Title: Product is good but installation is pathetic
Review: AC cooling is good. I bought this since it is stabiliser free as well as having 10 year compressor warranty. Otherwise there are cheaper ones in the market than this. Installation is most pathetic. LG (lazy guys) did the installation for 4 long hours and finally it doesn’t look professional. The guy did the outdoor unit installation wrongly fixed the stand so he has to slightly bend the one of the clamp. LG should train the technicians well, these are all look like under training. Wake up Lazy Guys.
