Title: Excellent product from LG.
Review: Really good product and value for money from LG. After sale Service is awesome and from LG which is highly required for customer. Best part is Viraat mode as cooling performance is 120% which is possible for dual inverter and powerful compressor.I am really happy.

Title: Excellent AC for mid-sized room
Review: The product is good overall, cooling and noise level is excellent. This is the lowest noise level AC (~26 db) you can find in 1.5T range comparing with other brands. The AC is compact too which I liked but doesn’t affect the cooling even though Indoor unit is small in size compared to my old Samsung AC. Some of the Modes like AI, Viraat mode are gimmicky as I felt those are just for marketing the new 2023 line up and most people generally use the AC in normal mode running the AC in 20 to 24 degrees as per the requirement, so these modes might not be very useful. Also for anyone comparing this with the 5 star model, this model does not have 4-way swing or Wi-Fi as those are the only extra features provided in the 5 star Wi-Fi variant so if you need them you can go for 5 star model but in general and in my use case, 3 star is more than enough as this AC has ISEER value of 4.0 which is higher than other ACs that has 3 star rating and as I only use the AC during summers and very occasionally in other seasons.I was skeptical ordering from Amazon after reading some of the negative comments on the Seller’s profile (Dawntech) but the product was delivered timely here in Hyderabad and had no issues with the seller. LG Installation was superb as well, it was installed on the same day with LG professionals who installed it within 35 mins, kudos to them. Overall, this is a good AC and although it is slightly priced higher compared to other brands in the same category of 1.5T – 3 star, but you get a good product and LG’s reputed after sales service.

Review: No cooling, worst customer experience, bad product, words can not describe how sad I am to put my hard earned income into this AC, which I never ever got any satisfaction after using it. Totally not a value for money.I am not sure, why Amazon is hosting products like this and vendors who cheat customers. I am so regretful about this.First Amazon forgets to ship the essential part of this AC, which is also tagged to be shipped together with this, the 4 mm copper pipe, and when installation team came for setting up the AC, they charged me extra for that pipe, when I called Amazon, they declined to give any support or send the missing components, they gave me a terrible gift voucher, which I never redeemed.When I call Amazon customer care, they ask to call product care, when I call LG service center they ask to call local repair, when the local repairer comes they do not pay attention to solving the problem, and leave. And then the cycle repeats.Now, the AC is completely broken, I have had more than six services and two repair sessions on this from LG repairers, but the problem persists.If anyone reads this, please do not buy this product its a waste of money. Also, do not make the mistake of trusting this Vendor.@Amazon if you are reading this, this is not called customer experience trying to cater to the world, when you can not even solve people’s AC problems, purchased through you.

Title: Great product with power saving options
Review: I like the product as this has diet mode which reduces electricity bills. Only thing is you should know how to use it properly.I have Tapo smart plug too plugged in before the stabilizer for additional control and monitor power consumptionIt serves my purpose.Only suggestion is to have the hole for the outdoor unit provisioned for new house at appropriate position when the house is built, so that during AC Installation there is less effort and dust. Else instalation guys have to drill hole and can ruin the wall paint and there will be a lot of mess to clean up. You can use the brakets for outdoor installation as placing the outdoor unit on the paraket can damage/corrode/rust the unit in the long run if you are in coastal areaInstallation charges were 2700 including brackets

Review: It has been 3 days using it.Pros.1. Noise levels are very low.2. 160 sqare feet room(terrace above) get cool within 15 min.3. Here in Anand, Gujarat; Installation was done mostly as per standard protocol as per my knowledge. Vaccum was also done. Standard installation charge 1450rs., Stand(Wall) of LG brand 850rs., Protector piper of copper pipe 300rs., Water drainage pipe 150rs….Total 2750rs. paid.(No extra copper pipe needed)Cons.1. Remote is not backlit, little troublesome at night.2. Wifi models are too much costly. Not value for money. So I go for this non wifi model3. Only two way swingOne suggestion: Installation of AC is very crucial because it affects the performance and lifespan of AC. So don’t get blindly rely on the Installation guys. Educate yourself about Installation procedure and make sure that it is done in presence of responsible person.

Title: Best reliable AC from LG
Review: This is my second LC 1.5T split AC. The best thing about the AC is that you can run it at the capacity best suited for you. It has an option to run at 1.75, 1.5, 1, 0.75, and 0.5 ton. It can be choosen by selecting the 6in1 option to run at 80%, 60%, or 40%.I’m able to run at 60% i.e. 0.75ton for my 10x12ft room at 18th floor. It cools the room quickly.I use the low fan speed and you can hardly make out whether the A/C is on or not as it is super silent. The cieling fan has much more noise than it.My previous LG split AC is working fine from last three years without any issues and this new one is working great from last one and a half month.LG has added a self-diagnostic feature that can tell you with its LG ThinkQ app about the problem in AC and the technician can’t fool you as it informs whether there is a gas issue or not.I’m satisfied with this product.
