Review: So we received the Laptop which does not work. Trying to return it only to find the call centre is in Bulgaria. They are telling me we can’t return the laptop we have to call Lenovo. What!!, the haste that was used to take the money is the same haste that should be used to provide good customer service. So I try to contact Lenovo only to discover that this is an end of line product and there is no support for it. I think when selling such items it would be best to state this fact so that they buyer is able to make an educated choice. Altogether a bit of a con in my mind.
