Review: Reviewing after 3 months of use.The laptop is faster than my dell i5 (2 years old), which is roughly 2x this cost.Boots up in like 10 sec. Fully charged in roughly 1 hr and battery would last for 6 hrs (normal office work for most part)This is a very good laptop for programmers and office work. Video quality is good, audio is good enough.

Title: Overheating near Camera section
Review: I bought it in Feb and it was working fine so far. Last week i faced issue with overheating, Laptop got so hot due to overheating that area behind camera started to melt.I raised a service request and was told that laptop has only 6 months of warranty. Invoice does not include serial number hence have raised a request to Seller via amazon to provide invoice with Serial numberAlso it has onsite warranty however issues is considered under accidental damage hence i am advised to visit Service center instead of Onsite support

Review: Product arrived as expected but immediately we had issues. The laptop unexpectedly restarted itself several times displaying an error message relating to a hardware issue. This caused us to loose several hours of data. After restoring to factory settings the problem persisted and a refund was requested. I had to pay for the return postage but was under the impression this would be refunded as the product was clearly faulty. Mesh have deemed the return unauthorised and their technical team have conveniently found no faults. I would not advise anyone to use this seller. I have nothing against the product which was fine if it were not for the fault.
