There are burrs all around and it surely can cut through.I compare this mug v/s a mug i purchased locally for 30 INR, which was sturdy enough and had no burrs. Cost wise, nearly double – but i would not mind it, if the product had been good – unfortunately, its NOT the case.Not going to exchange or return – to avoid any more time waste, that too during this Covid times. I am going to clean the burrs myself with a blade.
