Title: Electrolyte powder.
Review: I have tried this Electrolytes powder now for over 15 daysand have liked it. While the flavor is very nice, the product also gives me noticeable energy. I am on a low carb diet these days and this supplement has supplied me the necessary electrolytes. It has thus prevented any side effects which could happen when one is on a restricted diet. A very good product for replenishing all the important electrolytes needed by the body.

Title: Not at all worth the price. Low solubility.
Review: I used it while i was fasting & it does give a slight boost when you take it initially. But i found it to be too expensive for just 40 servings. It does not taste good, but that is expected as it has no sugar so no complains about that. It is also not soluble most of it does not dissolve in water so I’m going to skip it. Normal electral powder will be of better.

Review: When smell I thought it is sugary but when I drink it omg it has orange flavour but no sugar at all I just love taste of this and love the product and this is the only keto friendly product in the market in India so really good work from the company.

Title: Good product especially when there aren’t many sugar free alternatives out there in India.
Review: 1. I have felt a good and quick supply of energy when I have it before an intense cardio activity while on a low-calorie diet or fasting.2. The potassium to sodium/magnesium ratio is too high. For eg: If I want to consume 60mg of magnesium, I will need two scoops but the potassium in one scoop itself is pretty high(275mg). My reference of ratio here is LMNT electrolytes, which aren’t available in India.3. While it uses erythritol and stevia for sweetness, those are additives like E960 which isn’t natural in the true sense. Had it been stevia extract, I would have been more satisfied.

Title: Electrolytes for Muscle Cramps
Review: I am using this product for almost 20 days.. I used to suffer from muscle cramps a lot, but now it’s reduced may be because of this product or because of my water intake. I am no expert to comment on whether it’s working or not. It has no added sugar, no carb but 9 Kcal per serving. It has sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium as given above in the picture. So you can decide. I am giving a 4 star hoping it will help.
